Text real small? If you print it, in portrait format, it will end up perfectly formated on 1 sheet

or if you want to just view it on your computer without regard for screwing up the formatting you can just highlight all the boxes and increase font size.

or are you saying you don't have a program to view them with? http://www.openoffice.org/

I'm still waiting on getting the photos from navigator, couldn't get too many, he was busy navigating, once we get into more of a rhythm with these we should be able to multitask better
