autox event for charity

Hello New England autoxers, my name is Paul and i was wonder how hard it would be with your help to set up an autox event, with your help and permission,at CCRI's Knight Campus in Warwick, RI. I am part of the student government there and would like to gt one going to help raise money for ST. Judes children and help and advice is much obliged. I am a current scca member and I would figure I would ask for some helpon this event.
