Lunch at Stafford RallyCross, special needs...

Posting this for the Dennis clan who provide the lunches at the Stafford RallyCross.

Planning for a hot lunch on Saturday and Sunday at Stafford. We try to accommodate everyone and would like an approximate head count for vegetarians and gluten-free attendees. Please respond to Alan (not the forum) so we can prepare appropriately.
 
You supply your own non-alcoholic beverages to go with lunch.

This will be my first time at Stafford, and just wanted to say thank you to the Dennis family for such great hospitality! (I have heard nothing but good things about what you do for this event!)

Awesome job, Well run ,,,I know it's diffecult to get everyone in and out ,,,all at the same time.

PS.. Maybe the second helping of chili wasn't my best idea, ?? could explain the sub par times ?? tho.        No ,,,,I'm sure it was just /  me,,,,,   messin it up,...
