Looks like the rules allow camber plates for strut type suspensions in Prepared class.  It does not say anything about camber adjustments for double wishbone type suspensions.  Can I get a clarification?  Can I use non factory parts to adjust camber in Prepared class?

Stock Class
15. Any wheel alignment settings may be used provided the settings can be
accomplished within the unmodified adjustment range as delivered from
the factory. Any alignment techniques allowed by the factory service
manual from the vehicle manufacturer may also be used.

Prepared Class
8. Any dampers may be used but the damper must mount to the original
mounting position using unmodified mounting points. Springs may also be
replaced, but they must be of the same type and use original mounting
points. Threaded collars and camber plates are allowed.

Per the rules, if something is not addressed, then it must remain stock. The Stock class alignment rule applies to Prepared except as the Prepared rule modifies it. So, as I read this, you must do your alignment within the unmodified adjustment range except if you can do it using the specific Prep allowances. Since it doesn't mention allowing non factory spec parts to relocate the wishbones, it seems to me that it's not allowed.
That is my opinion. I would suggest emailing the National RXB for a definite ruling rxb@scca.com. And if you'd like to get double wishbone suspensions given more alignment options in Prep, write a rule and send it to them. It will be included in the annual rules proposals.

I read that as you can run whatever suspension you want, as long as it mounts in the same way and location as it would from the factory

"Same location" can be very specific. Using a different part to move the mount would be a mod that the rules don't appear to mention as permitted. "In the wheel well" isn't considered the same location Smiley
I'll be interested to see what Chang hears back.
