Actually, I've always liked the P5 myself.  But eh well... obviously, the RX8 is the better sports car.

I loved the P5! I was fun seeing how close I could cross the line ahead of it.

Doesn't look like frequent the forums often enough...  Congrats on the new ride Bob.  Its too bad I couldn't get my bid in for you to drive the Celica.  We would have finally found out who the better driver is since its always something with your contacts, or your auto transmission and what not.  I think you still have the P5 sitting in your driveway your just putting on a show so you can drive a faster car so you'll have a better shot at beating me once this year.  From the sounds of it you need the points pretty bad too.
Sorry Andy! -  I didn't have a way to get a hold of you and Ken was quick on the draw.
I appreciate the offer though.  Are you going to make it to RMC this Saturday?

Bob

Huh, I do remember our times when you had to run street tires instead of the gigantic hoosiers like me.

The truth is,  I realize that this new younger generation is very sensitive and they have been taught that everyone is a winner. Cry  So I have been holding back on all of you! Grin
Maybe if you stop playing that wussy sport (lacross) and play a real man's sport (Fantasy Football) I would feel better about not hurting you feelings.

That is kantorskia's new signature, not something I said directly.  But yeah, I spent years getting my butt kicked on street tires.  Hoosiers are fun.

Neil,

It's all in good fun!  Now you guys can make fun of my driving skill using that left foot.  Nothing like stalling it as I pull out of the dealership! Cheesy

Hehe... if I make fun of you too much, then PJ/Mike will remind me of how awfully I drove the BMW at the novice school this past year. I apparently don't "get" RWD, so I've learned.

That's alright - apparently you'll have a transition phase through AWD to finish out your last year in STS. ;-)

Yea I should be able to make it.  Its a good thing its on Saturday, now I can devote Sunday to my "real man's sport...Fantasy Football".  I do have a team btw, I'm 0-2 this season.  Since the truth is out...Maybe I'll have some time before the weekend to take the governor off my car... I had it on because I didn't think it was polite do beat a senior citizen by so much.
