Air intake question...

Hello to one and all,
Now that the NER racing season is past, it is time to look to next year.
I have been talking to the Technical Coordinator, (SCCA has not filled Jeremy's Shoes, yet), about the GCR rule that requires that all air must enter throught the Throttle body of SM, IT, and Production classed vehicles.
I looks like some clarification is neccessary to get this right. I am accepting ideas on how this "rule change / Clarification" sholud be assembled for the CRB. It is "very" important that the fix (rule change / clarification) can be applied to all vehicles in the classes with the least deviation between indivdual vehicles and would be performable at impound!
OK, so e-mail me your answers to this issue. I probably will not see it on this forum as this is the first time I even knew that this form is here.
Yours truly,
Scott
