Please read carefully as this can effect your ability to race with us in Dec.
Effective immediately, minors will not be allowed to enter a RallyCross or ride as a passenger without a waiver form signed by both parents.
If any minors have been coming with only one parent, they won't be allowed to compete unless they take action.
There are two options:
1. BOTH parents (or one if there is only one guardian) must ATTEND the event and sign the form at the gate.
2. BOTH parents must sign the waiver form in the presence of a notary or an SCCA member. The parents do not have to attend the event.

Pit crew, family, friends can enter the site with only 1 parent's signature. The parent needs to attend the event as well. However, they WILL NOT be able to ride in a car.
The waiver can be made valid for an entire calendar year and that is the recommendation.
Stafford will require all new waivers to be completed!

Please contact me if you have questions about this. I don't want to turn people away but the lawyers will make me.  Angry

Chris

The kids in the Neon went to some Auto-X's this year, as well as the Rally-X. When we went, we had trouble confirming that we all had Minor Waivers on file with RallyX (which are also good for Auto-X). I believe that when you fill out a minor waiver with Solo, they have some sort of reciept that you keep, in case you go run, say a RallyX. Is there any way we can impliment something like this? It would just make it easier if you want to try different things that NER offers.

Typically, when we do the season-long waivers at an event, we fill out and witness two copies. One for our records and one for you to keep with you at all events. That's your "proof" of having met the requirements.

I filled in a 3part form for KimSoo.  I keep KimSoo's yellow copy in the truck for FJC.  When will we have a rallyxjr program?  There must be some sort of low hp kart she can use.

We actually got our scca membership renewal notice in the mail and it had a form in it to apply for a minor Annual Waiver "hard card". That's almost exactly what i was looking for.

But if we all keep repeating it, it will become fact and we all move up 2 places in the standings.
