they should run the road course.

never saw any of the races when indycar was originally there: it's not exactly the best nascar racing there, how's indy? and regardless, the tickets should be cheaper than nascar and would make a nice road trip

the NASCAR race is great, but it's a complete zoo

The Indycar races, I've been to both the IRL and the CART races there, were a lot more laid back.

Great pit access, people are willing to talk to you.
I still have a sovereign, one of the teams hit the wall and gave me the broken arm
at the time I was in Grad school for mechanical engineering
needless to say my classmates got a kick out of seeing it.

I had a great time seeing them @ Mid Ohio 2 years ago.
