Wait till you all see this truck.  It looks awesome. He's doing a real nice job on it.

Dan, Too bad I couldn't hang around to see you GO up the mtn!.  How did the rest of the weekend go for you?  No problems I hope.

Nope, no problems at all...ran every run, never had to turn a wrench.  Great experience and great learning and seat time.  Couldn't recommend it more highly.  Damn its slow though!  When your trying to push near 4000 lbs with only 160 hp and the other guys are running AWD rockets with over 400 hp in a car that is less than 3000 lbs, your look like you're standing still!

Oh, forgot...Weekend Results: http://nismostuff.blogspot.com/2011/07/weekend-results-for-retro-runner.html

You guys had your hands full!  Running that many vehicles is a huge challenge and I applaud you for taking that much on!

I just did struts, pads and rotors on the Yellow Nasty.  Now I have strange knocking in the steering.  I should stick to bicycles.....

Redneck Garage was in full swing last night.  Rear shocks on the RallyTruck.  Harnesses in the RalyWRX.  Strut mount and CV boot on the Subaru of Keene/Go Fast! Impreza.

I've supposed to have been doing that to mine, but its still sitting in my basement as a bare housing and a box of parts.   Tongue

the Fox needs a new starter, which according to the book, you're supposed to remove a motor mount to get to... it's in a bitch of a spot.

Going to be running the Road Rally, DoubleX and Rallycross this weekend! Working on new front wheel bearings tomorrow as preventative maintenance since I'll also be driving to the rallycross in RI next month. The $300 Sentra is also my daily driver for the rest of the year, but I have something else in the works this fall so I will be switching to Stock AWD for 2012!

At that point, I'm hoping to sell the car to someone else who wants to start doing rallycross. Either way, it'll end up just rusting away if it leaves motorsport so I might see if anyone wants it as a LeMons racer or something. Better than just being rusted away in the NH salt and thrown away - It's still rust free as of right now, so that would be a damn shame. Looking forward to Stock AWD next year!

They went back in the way they came out.  I need to give the whole front end a good once over.  Maybe even take it someone who actually has a clue....
