Confirmed with Tom of NHMS that we are all set for Saturday.

I have the posters and everything all set to go, feel free to bring some stuff to compliment your car for the display. NER clothing to wear a plus, but not a must if you don't have something official. There's a couple more things I need to round up:

I need an extension cord to ensure that my laptop will have power. I have a half-hour long video loop of inside and outside RallyCross videos to play, including stuff by myself and some of Ryan Symancek's awesome work for a good variety of video.

There is still a need for a way to mount three 18/24 posters at eye level. One is going on my car's windshield, need a way to put the others up. I'm thinking easels or something.

My windshield will be open for posters. The hatch too. I could cover the dented rear door with one too.

We could put two posters on the windshield of each of our cars, that would work. That's one option, we'll figure it all out on Saturday.

See you all there, and thanks again for coming out!

Alright, almost time for the Open House! Thanks again to you all for coming out. I'll plan on seeing you all at around 7:30 at the entrance to the speedway, but we have until 8:30 to set up, so no big deal if you run late. I think I have basically all of you on Facebook so I'll send my phone number either there or via PM in case you need to contact me on Saturday morning.

Alright, tomorrow's the day!

All packed up for tomorrow. Some Easter candy for the huge Easter basket that Cliff is bringing, and virtually everything I need for the RallyCross display. Posters, table, stuff for table, my laptop to play my video loop, extension cord, all set to go. This will be an excellent display!

Jamie is bringing a second table, Scott is sending along Pit Talk issues, SCCA Membership forms and some decals to hand out.

See you all bright and early at 7:30 tomorrow!

Good thing you got a wagon.

Indeed! Will be especially great now that I am bringing the snow tires on separate rims to events!

Got everything loaded up, including my display table (identical to the NER loaner helmet table), posters, everything for the table display, load up the laptop and Easter candy in the morning and it's good to go! Car's cleaned up inside, washing it tomorrow morning and I'll see you guys at NHMS!

The display video loop is now 36+ minutes long, includes videos by Ryan Symancek, and some of the older NER videos from locations like Gunstock and Loon, for a good variety of in-car and outside video.

Just confirmed with Tom of NHMS: Open House is from 9AM - 4PM officially. Setup is 7:30-8:30

The display went excellent, thanks again to everyone for coming out! Great weather resulted in a huge turnout, and lots of foot traffic through our display and many interested people who plan to come out to Rochester to spectate, or compete! I would consider today a great success.
