So, a different approach might just help...I posted an ad looking for a old FV to solo in...and not much happened...I"m guessing that they probably made several thousand FV's over the years and alot are sitting around and I gotta believe that somewhere out there under someones bench, behind the garage, in the garage, in the cellar, hanging from the rafters, out in the shed, or even all apart and sitting in all of those places, there's got to be some sort of an old formula vee basket case thats just dying to be brought back to life...the one I am looking for needs to be inexpensive, mostly complete but not even running, maybe even not correct for what it started life as, certainly not raced by someone famous and it doesn't even need a spectacular racing history...for all I know or care, it could have been raced by Joe Blow...it doesn't need to be a 1200 motor, might be a 1600 and maybe even doesn't have a motor....I am very mechanically inclined and that sort of work doesn't scare me, but and its a BIG but, is that it really can't be a "WRECK"...summer is almost here, I'm getting ITCHY to try this kind of racing....I only need one car, and I have no intentions of buying your car and fixin it up and reselling it..I want to race...so, if you know of one, have one, think you know where one is...email me at BLD4139@aol.com
