Hi folks, my wife gave me a Groupon for my birthday in June for a exotic AutoX through the Motorsports Lab at NHMS. What seemed like a good idea is now looking kind of sad. Both my father and I got the groupon and had planned on going together but scheduling a day to go is next to impossible. They say the days are available however until you acually try to book it through their online reservation you soon realize that there are acually very few opportunities to drive. Now the groupon has expired and they are not going to refund us or help us in any way. Our calls go un returned, and the online bantor of disgruntled people seems to be mounting. As a member of the SCCA, NER, SCCNH, NE-SVT etc., I thought I would share this with you all. If somebody here knows somebody at the Motorsports Lab I'll refrain from slagging them further until I throw in the towel and go on the offensive. I hope that the people over there at Motorsports Lab understand that this is a small community and that this kind of thing is totally unacceptable. Heres hoping for the best....

Doesn't look like you would enjoy the experience anyway:

Doesn't look like much of an experience, plus the huge gratuity fee.

Not that this is super helpful, but I believe the company must honor the value of the Groupon towards any service they offer. They cannot just walk away with the money. I would also talk to Groupon directly as they have refunded things for me in the past when the coupon company was less than helpful. Groupon doesn't want the bad publicity. Sorry to hear of the issues.
