With the help of Athena, I've reorganized a lot of the Solo section of the new website.  The navigation hierarchy on the left is what I'm referring to.  i'm curious if anyone has any feedback about it or additional suggestions to organize things.    There are a few blanks I'm looking to fill in too, like a page describing the Team Challenge event, a page describing the different worker positions we have, and pages about on-course worker and driver safety.  Feel free to contact me if you're interested in submitting content to the site.

wow you've been busy while i was in NC -- very neat!!--  the Registration section needs revision to assert the importance of the new procedures for pre-registration  and pre-pay [can't recall -- coffee's not working this morning-- if the link is there] -- it would be nice to include some of the rationale for it that got hashed out at the beginning of the season on the email chat list.  under general info, what about a glossary of solo terms?   i haven't yet read through the event day, getting started, course worker and driver safety sections, but i'm assuming you just cut-and-pasted from the old site info --  i could have a go at editing and revising those then ask for a couple of volunteers to read and send me comments, instead of you fielding them.

PS  how about a kart person to review that section to see if any updates are needed?  under contacts, email addresses for solo board members?

Yes, registration needs more explanation and it is mostly a copy/paste effort from the old info.  But I'm waiting on Quag to publish his final details about this all.  I did at least update stuff that was wrong or out-of-date on the rest of the pages.
under general info, what about a glossary of solo terms?
I put that under the "What is Autocross" page, not directly under "General Info" section.  That said, it's quite _sparse_ just now.

PS  how about a kart person to review that section to see if any updates are needed?

I think the kart stuff is mostly up to date, but we should probably have information on our local F100 (Adult Kart) class that is basically supposed to be F125 minus shifter karts.  I'll talk to Paul about that - he'd know.

under contacts, email addresses for solo board members?
The names of people on the contact page are clickable to their email addresses, if they've elected to show them.  I wanted to revise this page for readability anyway, so it'll look better soon enough anyway.  It would also be nice to have links to their profile pages here on the site, for example.
