I'm going to start posting here when I have items I've found at the track or that people have left at races. Also, if you've lost something, feel free to post it here also!
FOUND ITEMS POLICY: I will keep items found at events in the truck for TWO subsequent events. After that, the items will either be given away as prizes or disposed of as I see fit. Sorry, we can't store everyone's items in the truck forever.

I stripped the lug nut key for my wheels in the morning and a gentleman with a older white nissan 240sx (flight up headlights, hatchback) was kind enough to lend me his key which matched mine. I borrowed the key again at the end of the day to switch tires again, but he left before I could return the key to him. I have scoured the scoreboards for a matching car but can't find one and I'm assuming the person did not race this car and was racing another car. Does anyone know him and can tell me his name and contact info so I can get the key back to him? We did exchange names at the time but I'm really bad with names so I have forgotten :\
Please PM me with details if you know anything about this person!

Well, why we are attempting to find things borrowed and lost ... if anyone has a pyrometer they found a while back, last year ... mine was borrowed and/or left at an event and I would really like to get it back ... Thanks, Mike EP Focus

Found after June 7 event: interior trim panel from somebody's car (its in the truck), red chair (contact Brian L).

we're not sure if the interior panel was from SAT or SUN, but it showed up at the truck sometime over the weekend. In fact, it may have been there from the event on the 30th.

The interior panel is gone... nobody claimed it, so it got tossed.
New item from NEdivs, an OEM tire iron. Not sure from what. But it was picked up at / near grid on SUN
There was also a complete OEM scissors jack and handles over by the state police cars right at the transition from the apron to the taxi-way, but we're pretty sure that was an item from state police.

someone left a boom box (radio / combo CD player) on site yesterday (19-JUL-10) on the runway. We placed the box in the truck... you can pick it up at our next points event if you can ID the box. If not claimed at the event, the device will go up for grabs at the trophies presentation at that event.
