Hi Guys/Girls, just wondering where to find the results for the event.  Can someone please link me?  Had a blast!

It's going to be some time. Due to computer/software issues we were unfortunately not even able to give class trophies at the end of the event. With luck it will be a day or two. We have the times and have contacted the software vendor to see about how to resolve the problems. Sorry for the trouble; I know how disappointing it can be after waiting around all day to get the results.

The results aren't up yet. There were timing issues at the end of the event, preventing us from being able to announce results or hand out trophies at all.  When they are up, like all events, they'll be announced here, and posted on the event page: http://www.ner.org/solo/event/20091011_points-event-9-stirling-moss-runoff

Until then, all we announced was the Moss winner.  I think it was Billy Davis, but my memory is weak.

Chris - No problem, I understand and thanks for the update.  I tried to stick around but with a two hour drive ahead of me I took off around 6:20.

Neil - Thanks, I'll check back.  Thanks again for giving us some slack with Walt as my codriver.  And nice work in the G-Fab G35. Smiley  Dave White encourage me to break your stones about "driving a car with real power" haha!

I'll say it again, really had a great time and was happy with the drive I put in.  Loved the course layout and suited the s2000 well.  I hope you guys enjoyed my commentary on the microphone, haha!  I tried to have fun with it -thanks for the opportunity.

I'll check back on the results over the next few days.  In particular I'm curious to see exactly how far ahead I was of the Kozlaks, the  gap to Nate Whipple and PAX results.

I thought your announcing was some of the best I've heard.  I kinda miss racing a car with a radio, if that means I get the hear the announcer making fun of me over the speakers.  Have I been just missing out on that in the SoloRu?  Maybe I need an in-helmet FM receiver or something. ;-)

Yes. Yes you have. With all the stuff that was going on in the 1st heat yesterday in the truck, I didn't have time to really look over whos doing what and whatnot... and then in the afternoon, I didn't do the Moss announcing because I was taking pics. But yeah... I usually banter just about anyone. Smiley

Same here...

I'll second accolades for the announcing, I enjoyed hearing my time being called followed by the announcer saying something to the effect of "hey who's this guy, he's pretty quick"  Grin

Nick just happened to be in the right place (back of the truck) at the right time (looking for an announcer for the heat) and a star was born.  maybe with enough practice we can have you go head to head vs David Lehman at a national event.  Grin

hahaha! Neil- Thanks, glad I got a few chuckles out of you.  Thank Dave White for the "driving a car with REAL power" comment though! lol

ADeldonno - Yeah nice work man!  I was keeping an eye on everyone's times and I think you improved signficantly with each run in that integra.  Was it bone stock?  Nice job- I noticed!

Scott - ha! Timing is everything! (especially autoX, how's that for a pun)  Oh god, commentary at a National? (droool)

Let's have the KeithCasey/Nick Barbato hour at every event.  This way we can plan a systematic roast of a different driver each event. Smiley

Everyone but Matt Murray. He's probably still pissed at me from an event earlier this year.

Not bone stock, I put new springs, dampers and a new rear sway bar on it, but it's the stock LS motor and I'm on street tires.   Car will probably be exactly the same next season, but I'm looking to keep improving.  I know i left at least a second on the track on my fastest run when I blew the first slalom

What is this "radio" thing you speak of? We have an announcer? There was a course on Sunday? What's my name again? Ooh! Shiny new thing....
