I want my foam cone trophy!!  Angry

Thanks for putting the results up so fast!!  The timing crew must've been working doubletime to audit as cars ran.

Jordan thanks! That time went to 7 STX was his 4th (and fastest!) run. I'm sure he'll appreciate it.

Everyone in timing rocked today. I want to single out Jenna for working at least 3 heats today when she wasn't even driving!

It was fun!

Charlie, Dave, Jeff, Matt, and Andrew are great people to have in the truck!

You can't rationalize cars like these. They're not something you buy with your head - you buy them with your heart, because you love them. And who can explain love?

I'll have the results printed out for the next event.  Anyone looking for a trophy should come find me.

Amen on the timing crew, and Jenna's generosity.

So we were on track for 8 runs at Devens on a slightly longer course than usual with 118 folks playing...  not bad at all, right?

Sorry I didn't stay longer to help with the truck...  I had to be home to click on the Unemployment website before 7pm.

When I left the site, with a damn near bone dry tank I put my last $7 in it (1.6 gallons) and then drafted a Salvation Army truck all the way down Rt. 3 and most of the way up 128...   I must have been doing fairly well as the trip was 51 miles end to end and I did make it!

Thanks to Eric and Dan for the spanking in STX - guess I'll have to drive much better...

Cheers,

Charlie

I've only got some in-car video.  So far only my fastest run is uploaded.  The rest should be up tonight sometime.

Who was course designer? (need for article)

I have a quote from Mike Piche, who was one of the Maine visitors GS MINI: said the course “was long and was fast and flowed very well.”

That would be me, assisted by Grant Reeve and Roger Whipple.
