RallyX:
You, your vehicle, and a course on a limited traction surface, that's RallyCross.  Defined by cones or snow banks, you are challenged to maintain control of your ride as you attempt to traverse the course in the quickest time.  These events stress car control over out-and-out speed which makes them great for a day of challenge in the daily driver.  Very affordable entry fees, minimum equipment requirements, and the fun and challenge of driving briskly on dirt, gravel, grass, or snow are the keynotes of RallyCross.

Road Rally:
If you like automobiles and scenic drives in the country, chances are you will like RoadRally. The basic idea behind most types of RoadRally events is the same...
each participating team, consisting of a driver and a navigator, is given a set of written instructions which are used to follow a pre-determined course. Each team drives the course independently, following the written instructions that they have been given. RoadRally events occur during all four seasons (spring, summer, fall, and winter) and in all types of weather conditions (sun, snow, and rain).
