Generally, the schedule for an event day is as follows:
- 7:00-8:30 AM
- arrival, sign-in, walk in registration (when available)
- 7:30-8:45 AM
- tech inspection
- 8:45 AM
- participants' meeting
- ~9:00 AM
- event start
- noonish
- lunch break ~30 minutes
- ~4:00 PM
- event conclusion, equipment pick-up
- ~5:00 PM
- awards and departure
During an event, all participants are expected to work, either in a pre-assigned capacity,
or flagging corners. End of the day equipment pick-up is everyone's' job as well.
