Participants and instructors are divided into groups which rotate through several sets of practice exercises, including a kidney bean, offset and straight slaloms, and a small course. Instructors ride with you to offer one-on-one advice and analysis, and they’ll drive your car with you as passenger, if you ask. ("Please, please, Nate, will you try driving my new M3?" -- "Well, okay, but only because you asked so nicely.") The day concludes with several timed runs on a larger event-style course. Intensive preparation and loads of fun. Only offered once a season (usually earlier in the season) and only open to SCCA members. Space is limited, so early pre-registration is recommended.
