Registration

Pre-registration is a requirement in 2011 for all Solo events. NER now supports on-line and mail-in pre-registration only.

Registration is found on-line at MotorsportsReg.com where we are supporting credit card payments only. Pre-registration will close Wednesday at 11:59 PM prior to the event in order to allow enough time to determine run groups and prepare work assignments in advance. Having an accurate attendance list in advance means we can minimize delays and maximize runs. Pre-registration also means drivers are more likely to end up with the jobs they'd actually prefer, if they indicate their preferences online.

If you do not have access to a computer or prefer not to register online, mail in your registration and payment. To do this, fill out the Registration Form, and mail it with a check payable to NER/SCCA to:

Registration Fees:

SCCA Members: $35.00
Junior Kart Drivers: $20.00
Non-SCCA Members must purchase the $35.00 entry plus a $15.00 weekend membership for every weekend they compete with us. Send $50.00 total with both the registration and weekend membership forms. (Up to 2 weekend membership purchases can be applied toward a full SCCA membership).

Cancellation Policy:

• All cancellations must be emailed to soloreg@ner.org.
• Your charge card will not be charged if the cancellation is received while registration is open.
• Cancellations received after registration is closed may receive full or partial credit toward a future event based on the discretion of NER.org.

Detailed day of event information will be sent following close of registration to all confirmed attendees. Bring your VALID driver's license, SCCA ID (if you have one), completed minor waiver (if you or anyone with you is under 18 years of age) to the route 2A entrance, where you must sign a waiver before entering the site.
